ITINERARY

DAY 01 SAN JOSE

Flight to the city of San José. Welcome to Costa Rica! Our staff will be ready to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation in San Jose. OPTIONAL: Traditional tour of the city, tour of the main sites of the city of San José and visit to the craft store. Or, our new VIP City tour.

 

DAY 02 SAN JOSE – ARENAL

We leave early for La Fortuna in San Carlos, home of the impressive Arenal Volcano and from where you can do different activities such as zip lines, rappelling, kayaks, rafting, hiking to hanging bridges, visit nearby national parks such as the Tenorio Volcano and the Celestial River, Refugio de Vida Silvestre Caño Negro, enjoy the thermal waters such as those of Baldi and Tabacón or just rest in the hotel and enjoy its swimming pool. DAY 03 ARENAL – ARENAL VOLCANO AND BALDÍ HOT SPRINGS

Free morning, in the afternoon walk to El Silencio is a private reserve located in the northwestern part of the Arenal Volcano. It consists of a 2 km trail away in a primary and secondary forest, where it is possible to appreciate great diversity of flora and fauna. At the exit of the forest you will reach a viewpoint where you can see the imposing Arenal Volcano and its wonderful activity, all this accompanied by beautiful landscapes, and then head towards the Baldí hot springs where we will enjoy the variety of pools to finish, with a delicious buffet dinner. DAY 04 ARENAL – MONTEVERDE

This day you will travel to the mountainous area of ​​Monteverde, which has gained international renown as one of the most outstanding wildlife sanctuaries in the tropics. The transfer will be done through the car-boat-car system which consists of a land transfer to the Arenal Lake, a lake transfer through the lake and a land route to Monteverde; on the way you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Overnight in Monteverde. Breakfast

 

DAY 05 MONTEVERDE – SAN JOSE

In the morning you can enjoy the last moments touring the area or resting at the hotel. In the afternoon, the journey to the city of San José begins, where you can enjoy the surroundings, visit some cultural sites, or go shopping. Accommodation in San Jose. Breakfast

 

DAY 06 SAN JOSE

Breakfast and at the scheduled time transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of our services.
