ITINERARY

DAY 01-02 GENEVA

Flight and arrival at Geneva international airport. Assistance and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 03 GENEVA – LAUSSANE – ZERMATT – TASCH

Breakfast. Departure to Lausanne. We will make a complete visit with a local guide of this beautiful city, headquarters of the International Olympic Committee, and where the Olympic Museum, the Gothic Cathedral, and the Rumin Palace stand out. Lunch. Optional visit of the Chillon Castle near Montreux and on the shores of Lake Geneva, one of the most beautiful monuments in Switzerland. Dinner. Overnight stay.

DAY 04 ÄSCH – ZERMATT – – INTERLAKEN – THUN

Breakfast. We will take the train from Täsch to the alpine town of Zermatt, located at the foot of the Matterhorn, known worldwide for its ski resorts. We will have free time to stroll through its secluded streets, with its typical wooden buildings, and where the use of cars is forbidden, only electric cars are allowed. Optionally we will have the possibility to climb up to the Gornergrat viewpoint, at an altitude of 3,089 meters, with the wonderful views of the mythical Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, and the Dufour Peak – the highest peak in the Swiss Alps. Continuation to Interlaken. Dinner. Overnight stay.

DAY 05 INTERLAKEN – THUN

Breakfast. Free day in the lively town of Interlaken. Optional excursion to the Lauterbrunnen valley to take the famous mountain train Kleine Scheidegg, at an altitude of 2,000 meters, from where we will have a wonderful view of the impressive peaks of Mönch, Eiger, and Jungfrau. We can continue our journey by train to Grindelwald, a very picturesque village surrounded by a spectacular alpine panorama or we have the possibility to continue by mountain train to the Jungfraujoch pass, known as ”Top of Europe” from where we will return to Grindelwald to reach our hotel in the region of Interlaken/ Thun. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 06 INTERLAKEN – THUN – LUCERNE – ZURICH

Breakfast. Departure to Lucerne for an interesting sightseeing tour with a local guide. The city situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne has magnificently preserved its buildings, and squares, and narrow streets since the Middle Ages. We continue our route to Zurich, where we will have a panoramic visit of the city with a local guide and translator during which we will discover the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the Lindenhof hill, the old quarter of sailors, and fishermen and the oldest bridge of the city, the ”Rathaus-Brücke”, where the Town Hall is located. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 07 ZÜRICH – SCHAFFHAUSEN – RHINE FALLS – BERNE

Breakfast. Departure to Schaffhausen where we will enjoy a boat trip to see the spectacular Rhine Falls. Continue to Bern for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the city, which is the capital of the Swiss Confederation, considered one of the best-preserved cities in Europe. We will make a panoramic visit to the historical center with a local guide where we will be able to admire its more than 8 kilometers of arcades, its Carillon and the Zähringen Fountain, with its famous Bear, the real mascot of the city. Dinner. Overnight stay.

DAY 08 BERN – “GOLDEN PASS” TRAIN – MONTREUX – GENEVA

Breakfast. Departure to Geneva via Montbovon, where we will take the famous ”Golden Pass” train that will take us to the region of Montreux, passing through idyllic landscapes in the middle of the Swiss Alps. After lunch we will continue to Geneva for a full sightseeing tour with a local guide. The city is the headquarters of the United Nations and preserves an interesting old town with the Gothic Cathedral of St. Peter, the monument to the Reformation, the Place de Four and the Town Hall. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 09 GENEVA

Breakfast and at the scheduled time transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of our services.
