ITINERARY

DAY 01 LONDON

Arrival in London, reception and transfer. Day at leisure to explore the iconic sights of the British capital. Flight arrival time permitting, you will meet your escorted guide at the hotel reception in the late afternoon. Dinner. If you wish, you can take an optional excursion with a local guide, London by Night, in which you will have a first contact with London’s nightlife, passing through the most representative areas: the Thames, Piccadilly, Soho, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the City, the financial city, etc. Dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 02 LONDON

Panoramic sightseeing tour with local guide. Tour by bus to see the main items of this fascinating city. South Kensington and Knightsbridge, where we will find the Royal Albert Hall, Prince Albert’s memorial, and two spectacular museums: the Natural Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, very close to the famous Harrods department store, all of this in the surroundings of the true lung of the city, Hyde Park. We continue our tour through Chelsea with its exclusive shopping, Belgravia, the embassy district and the cinematic Mayfair, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar, renowned squares. At 10 Downing Street and Westminster we can take pictures of the Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the famous Big Ben, to finish at Buckingham Palace. Rest of the day at leisure to continue exploring the city and if you wish you can take an interesting optional excursion where you will take a walk along the Thames, leaving some of the most important monuments of the city in its path and also go up (entrance included) to the London Eye, the great Ferris wheel 135 meters high, which is located on the banks of the Thames and which has become the biggest tourist attraction in the United Kingdom.

 

DAY 03 LONDON

Breakfast. Free day to continue enjoying London, visiting its shopping areas and museums or, if you wish, you can take a very interesting optional excursion to two of the most emblematic places of British tradition. We will leave London with our local guide, who will accompany us throughout the tour, and we will head to Oxford, known as the “City of Dreaming Spires” and home to one of the most famous universities in the world, which dates back to the 13th century and has seen the likes of Bill Clinton, J R Tolkien, Lewis Carroll and Richard Burton. We will visit one of its famous Colleges (entrance included) and we will also have free time to do some shopping or enjoy a few moments of rest, having a coffee in one of the terraces of the city. This optional excursion will continue to Windsor, where we will discover a special town with lively medieval streets full of shops, pubs and period houses surrounding the Central Square, where we can admire the majestic exterior of Windsor Castle.

 

DAY 04 LONDON – PARIS

Breakfast. Departure to Folkestone for the 35 minutes crossing under the English Channel by shuttle to Paris. Free time to get to know this fascinating city. The French capital, world center of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Its 19th century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the Seine River. The adventure begins! Accommodation. Eventually the crossing from the UK to the continent can be made by ferry from Dover to Calais. Accommodation.

 

DAY 05 PARIS

Free day to enjoy at your leisure all the attractions at Disneyland Park, where you will find a fairytale world dominated by Sleeping Beauty Castle and Walt Disney Studios Park, which will introduce you to the worlds of Disney and Pixar and make you feel like the star of a film. Enjoy the atmosphere, character encounters, the latest novelties, and all the magic that surrounds the wonderful world of Disneyland Paris.

 

DAY 06 PARIS

Breakfast. Panoramic tour with local guide: the Place de la Concorde and Place de l’Opera, the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and the St-Germain district, the grand boulevards, etc. In the afternoon we will make an optional visit to the Louvre Museum, where we will see one of the best art collections in the world, ranging from the masterpieces of antiquity, such as the Venus de Milo, to the steel and glass pyramid designed by the Chinese-American architect Leo Ming Pei, which gives access to the museum n. In the evening, optional visit to the cabaret Le Lido.

 

DAY 07 PARIS

Breakfast. Free day to visit one of the many museums or to stroll through the different districts of the Seine capital. If you wish, you can take an optional excursion to visit the Palace of Versailles, symbol of the French monarchy in its splendor and a model for royal residences all over Europe. During our guided tour, we will discover the most famous rooms of the palace, such as the famous Hall of Mirrors, the royal chapel, the private apartments, etc., as well as its marvelous gardens. In the afternoon, we will make an optional visit, in which, in addition to visiting some of the most monumental places of the city, you will be able to enjoy Paris from another point of view, taking a beautiful boat trip on the Seine in which we will leave behind us some of the most emblematic places of the French capital. In the evening, if you wish, you can take an optional tour of Paris Illuminated where you can discover a city considered by many to be the most beautiful in the world. 

 

DAY 08 PARIS – ZURICH

Breakfast. Departure to Switzerland through the center of France, crossing the regions of Champagne – Ardennes and Franche-Comté. After border formalities, continuation to Zurich, which with its 360,000 inhabitants is the most populated center of Switzerland. Free time in what is today the financial and economic capital of the Swiss Confederation and where the largest banks of the country are located. 

 

DAY 09 ZURICH – MILAN – PADUA – VENICE

Breakfast. Departure to Italy. First of all, we will head towards the Italian-speaking Swiss Caton: the Ticino, passing by beautiful villages, such as Bellinzona, until we enter Italy, traveling through its continental part until we reach Milan. Free time to discover the beauty of the capital of Lombardy, where you will visit the most important places of the city, such as the Castello Sforzescco, the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery or the Duomo, a masterpiece of universal art; take the opportunity to discover the grandeur of its elegant buildings, walking the fashionable streets or savoring a delicious cappuccino in one of its most traditional cafés of the late 19th and early 20th centuries such as the Zucca, the Tavegia or the Cova. Continuation to Padua. Free time to visit the Basilica of St. Anthony, built between the 13th and 14th centuries, a marvelous work of Italian Gothic art in whose interior, in addition to its excellent sculptures, are the remains of the saint. Afterwards, we will go to our hotel in the Veneto Region. (Dinner included in the MEALS PACKAGE and T. I.). 

 

DAY 10 VENICE – FLORENCE

Breakfast. Departure to the heart of Venice, where we will take a panoramic boat ride on the Venetian Lagoon where the most famous islands of the archipelago are located, San Andreas, the Lido or Murano among others, to arrive, sailing, to the heart of Venice, where we will admire the dome of Santa Maria della Salute, the majestic exterior of the Doge’s Palace and the Piazzeta, the access to St. Mark’s Square. Free time that you can take advantage of to lose yourself in its canals, streets, and secret squares, where you will find infinite details that make Venice a unique city in the world. If you wish, you will take an optional excursion in addition to a romantic gondola ride through the Venetian canals, and a walk with our local guide through the so-called “Hidden Venice”, getting to know the most picturesque corners of this city. We will leave Venice for Florence, the capital of Tuscany and cradle of the Renaissance and today one of the main artistic centers of the world. 

 

DAY 11 FLORENCE – AREZZO – ROME

Panoramic tour with local guide: the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, with its wonderful dome by Brunelleschi, which served as a model for Michelangelo to create the dome of St. Peter’s in the Vatican, the bell tower, built by Giotto, the Baptistery with the famous Gates of Paradise by Ghiberti, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria with the Palazzo Vecchio and its statues and fountains of great artistic wealth etc.. Free time to visit the famous Florentine markets. Departure to Arezzo, one of the smallest and most beautiful cities in Tuscany, a city in which we will travel back in time. A city in which we will make a journey through the world of cinema, as it has been the setting for the film “Life is Beautiful”. Free time to visit charming places such as the Piazza Grande, the place where all Argentines meet for a cappuccino, a square surrounded by palaces and towers, or monuments such as the cathedral or the church of San Francesco with the frescoes of Piero de la Francesca, based on the legend of the Vera Cruz and many more corners that are waiting for you to discover them. Continuation to Rome. If you wish, you can take an optional tour of Rome by Night, in which we will visit some of the most characteristic places of this millenary city, visiting its most emblematic squares and its most representative fountains, such as Piazza Navona with the Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Trevi Fountain, etc.

 

DAY 12 ROME

Breakfast. We start the day with the opportunity to take an optional guided tour of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, surely one of the reasons for your trip because you can enjoy two of the great works of universal art: the Sistine Chapel and the Basilica where the famous Pieta of Michelangelo is located, in addition to visiting one of the most important museums in the world. Afterward, a panoramic tour with local guide to learn about the history and the main buildings of the Eternal City. Passing by: the Tiber River, Castel Sant’Angelo, Tiber Island, and Circus Maximus with the view of the Palatine Hill, Cestia Pyramid, Aurelian Wall, Baths of Caracalla, the Celio Hill, St. John Lateran, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Republic Square etc…. We will end in the famous Trastevere district, where we will have free time for lunch. Rest of the day at leisure, if you wish, you can make an optional excursion: Imperial Rome, accompanied by our local guide we will visit the interior of the Colosseum, the great amphitheater built in the first century, reached a capacity for 65. We will complete the tour with a walk along the Via dei Fori Imperiali, ending in what is now the symbol of Rome as the capital of unified Italy, Piazza Venezia, and the nerve center of the city and where the famous “Altar of the Fatherland” is located.

 

DAY 13 ROME

Breakfast. Free day. If you wish, you will also have the possibility of an optional excursion to the Campania region, visiting Pompeii and the magnificent archaeological remains of this Roman city stopped in time by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD; followed by a brief panoramic tour of Naples, capital of the region, and whose historic center has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Finally, we will visit the island of Capri, ancient refuge of emperors and meeting point of the high society, with Marina Grande, the Faraglioni, the grottoes, etc. (Lunch in Capri included). Overnight.

 

DAY 14 ROME

Breakfast and at the scheduled time transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of our services.
