ITINERARY

DAY 01 JOHANNESBURG

Arrive at Johannesburg airport, reception transfer to hotel. Rest of the day and free meals. OPTIONAL: Full day regular tour of Johannesburg and Soweto (starting around 10.00hrs) – Visit of the most emblematic historical places of the city including the Nelson Mandela house-museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. Half day Soweto only alternative without lunch starting at 13.00hrs. Accommodation.

DAY 02 JOHANNESBURG – MPUMALANGA – KRUGER PARK AREA

Breakfast at the hotel and departure (approximately 07:30 am) to the Kruger Park with a Spanish-speaking guide/driver, crossing the province of Mpumalanga, and visiting places of impressive beauty such as: Bourke’s Luck Potholes in the Blyde River Canyon (visits subject to availability of time and weather conditions). Free lunch. Arrival in the afternoon at the chosen lodge. Accommodation.

DAY 03 KRUGER PARK

Full day safari, returning to the lodge in the afternoon. Free lunch. Accommodation. Note: the hotel will provide picnic boxes with breakfast because the estimated time of departure for the photographic safari activity is 05.30hrs. Free lunch, stop at one of the camps inside the park where the passenger has the option of eating in a restaurant or in a cafeteria. Within the Kruger National Park you are not allowed to leave the roads. The duration of the safari is approximately 8 hours. Included: photographic safari in an open 4×4 vehicle on the roads of the Kruger Park with a Spanish-speaking guide. The guide will take turns between the different vehicles if there are more than 9 people. Accommodation.

DAY 04 KRUGER PARK AREA – DURBAN

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Johannesburg. Panoramic tour of Pretoria including the “Church Square” and “Union Buildings” (the visit does not include entrance to the monuments, but they will be seen on the Route). Free lunch. Transfer to the airport and departure to Durban (flight NOT included, the departure time from the O. R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg – ORTIA has to be after 7:00 p.m.). In case of booking a flight departing from Lanseria Airport, a supplement will be applied for the additional transfer. Arrival and transfer to the hotel with a Spanish-speaking guide/driver. DAY 05 DURBAN – ZULULAND

Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the Land of the Zulu. Arrival. Free Lunch. Free afternoon. Cultural show, explanations about the customs of this tribe and traditional dances. Accommodation.

DAY 06 ZULULAND – DURBAN

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the City of Durban. Arrival at the hotel before lunch. Free afternoon to enjoy the beaches or an optional tour of the City of Durban. Free meals. Accommodation

DAY 07 DURBAN

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for optional activities in this exciting city. Free meals. OPTIONAL: Visit of “Kwamashu Township”, “Inanda Heritage” & “Gandhi Settlement” Approximately 6 Hours. This activity will take you to visit the “Township”, neighborhoods of the periphery, of greater importance in the history of Durban, you will also enjoy a traditional African meal. Accommodation.

DAY 08 DURBAN – PORT ELIZABETH

Breakfast at the hotel and free morning in Durban. At the indicated time, transfer to Durban International Airport (flight not included). Recommended time around 11:00 a.m.) for the departure of the flight to Port Elizabeth. Arrival in Port Elizabeth, reception & transfer with a Spanish-speaking guide/driver, where you will spend the night. Free meals. Accommodation.

DAY 09 PORT ELIZABETH – KNYSNA

Breakfast at the hotel and early departure to Tsitsikama National Park, making numerous scenic stops before reaching Knysna, the heart of the famous Garden Route. Free meals. Accommodation.

DAY 10 KNYSNA – OUDTSHOORN

Breakfast. Departure to the town of Oudtshoorn, visit an ostrich farm; Lunch included. In the afternoon visit to the caves of Cango. Free dinner. Accommodation.

DAY 11 OUDTSHOORN – CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel. Free meals. Return to Cape Town via the fishing village of Hermanus, where we can see whales (July to November only) and unique fauna of the region. Accommodation.

DAY 12 CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for optional activities. Free meals. OPTIONAL: Full day excursion of the Peninsula We will arrive at the Cape of Good Hope, visiting Seal Island and a colony of penguins along the way. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon return
